UPSC Mains 2014: Important Exam Day Instructions

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is ready to carry mains exam 2014 (civil services mains 2014) from December 14, 2014.

Only those aspirants who removes preliminary examination is entitled to the mains. Candidates remove mains exam will be called for personal interview, which is the ultimate choice for various posts in UPSC, according characters of the candidate.

Admit cards are also available on UPSC website for download, graduates receive admit cards by either their registration Id, roll number or name.

Exam day Instructions:
UPSC website provides some important test-day instructions for aspirants, as listed below:

Entrant must take printout of the e-admit card in each session secure admission to the exam hall. E-admit cards must be preserved to the declaration of writing the result. Candidates will be responsible for safe custody of the e-admit.

-If The candidates appear on a test center / sub-center / electives than that indicated by the Commission in the e-admit card, the answer is not evaluated scripts and their candidacy is responsible to be canceled.

Entrant that does not have clear images on the e-admit card must take a photo identity proof, which Adhar Card / Driving License / Passport / voter ID cards, etc. as well as two passport size photos, one for each session appear for the exam a task.

Entrant must enter the examination hall 20 minutes before the scheduled start of the test. Furthermore, candidates can not have access to the examination hall if they report 10 minutes after scheduled start of the test.

-Use Of scientific (non-programmable type) calculators are allowed in the examination hall, if necessary, while programmable type calculators are not allowed.

-Besittelse / Use of cell phones and other devices, electronics / communication is not permitted in the examination premises.

-For Conventional (essay type) papers, the candidate must strictly answer all parts and sub parts of a question in question Cum answer (QCA) booklet in the designated fields under each question part. Furthermore advised candidates to ensure that space / pages that Tom is clearly crossed out before QCA booklet is handed over to the invigilator.

Entrant also recommended to take any valuables in the examination hall, such as storing the same can not be sure.
