Prime Minister during the inauguration of 102 Indian Science Congress has promised to cut features overregulation and inconvenient procedures, in order to encourage research. He also spoke to the university more freedom and autonomy on the academic front. In the same event, he also talked about every child in this country to provide digital connectivity.
