Integrated courses and their acceptance of Indian audience increases. With several universities come up with a varied number of combined courses, several students also get attracted towards them.
Which now has many universities in India started integrated course; It is not just give combo courses in engineering, but it has other courses to offer in areas such as medical nanotechnology, mathematics and management.
The trend is startling students and it can grow in pace if colleges and universities to change course as market demand. The courses must be tailored to the way it should develop expertise in specific fields and also meet the needs of potential recruiters.
Some universities Sastra University, Vellore Institute of Technology, Amrita University, Anna University and other state varsities have already begun integrated courses in specific areas.
"Several institutions are analyzing the market and industry requirements and then only those designing such courses. Syllabus the two courses are integrated closely, ensure that no material is missed. The subjects are removed or added based on market needs, says the Mallik Sund Haram, Regional Director, ELS education services cited by ToI.
He said together in computer science and electronics as an integrated course is preferred by many students as it helps them to understand industry trends better.
