College of Saint Clara, Ziro (SCCZ) - Prime Minister of Catholic school students located in the foothills of the Himalayas in Ziro, Arunachal Pradesh, India. Founded in 2003, SCCZ served Claretian Missionaries in the Roman Catholic, St. Law Enforcement Anthony Mary Claret, and that is in 64 countries. College of Saint Clare in Ziro is consistently ranked in the Rajiv Gandhi Central University, Itanagar. Recognized under Sections 2 (f) & subparagraphs Law University Grants Commission (UGC) in 1956. Currently SCCZ offers a Bachelor program.
Santa Clara College was established in 2003 in response to the urgent need for higher education in the state of Arunachal Pradesh. As of 2001 there were only seven public colleges for the entire state.  in response to the expressed wishes of the people of Ziro valley Claretian missionaries established the College under registered society, Claretian formation of associations in the north-east of India, on 20 acres of land granted to the tribe Apatani in fat, 3.5 km from the Old Ziro. The first batch consisted of 13 students.
