Seniors scholarships for medical and public health researchers in India is launched by Wellcome Trust / DBT India Alliance. This grant will provide a unique opportunity for outstanding scientific Clinic / Health researchers successfully lead a group for independent research and want to expand their research program in an institution in India.
The Brotherhood is for five years and provides:
Support staff competitive
Research expenses including supplies, equipment, collaborative travel itinerary Research assistance and support where appropriate
Doctors and public health research fellows can use this opportunity to pursue a doctorate in research funded alliance of India.
Flexible funding to attend scientific meetings, in addition to requesting essential expenses
The total prize communion intermediate typically equivalent to INR 4.7 crores. This includes the costs requested by the applicant, and the contributions established by the Alliance of India. Costs requested by the applicant has provided the research proposal and should be fully justified in the application complete. Inadequate justifications may result in costs being reviewed.
These grants are available across the entire spectrum of biomedical research - fundamental molecular and cellular studies through to clinical and public health research. This also includes Theoretical Biology and Biomedical Engineering. Projects will be based on laboratory or clinical level and may involve experimental. Interdisciplinary projects are welcome.
It is not mandatory to have a medical degree and / or / MPH degree or PhD to apply for scholarships. His research experience and qualifications are used by the office to advise on eligibility.
Applicants should normally have seven to fifteen years of post-doctoral or equivalent medical / health research degree (MBBS-mail / MS, MD, MPH)
Previous research experiences
No age or nationality restrictions.
Candidates need not be an Indian national or Indian origin, but are pursuing or intending to pursue a career in independent research in India
Applicants are expected to answer the original question of biomedical research.
A nonprofit institution visited in India administer communion for the entire duration of the grant. TA is not required position or employee engagement employee to a position at the host institution. A sponsor the host institution, who can ensure the space and resources for the duration of the award.

Evaluates the application to verify eligibility within a month of the deadline. If successful, it is subject to appropriate review and will be considered by the Selection Committee concerned and, if successful, candidates will be finalists for entrevista.Candidats finalists will be notified two weeks before the date of interview.
