Rajdhani College is a constituent college of the University of Delhi. It was created in 1964 by the administration of Delhi in Kirti Nagar, New Delhi under the name of State College. College acquired its new name when the Delhi Administration vested its governance in the Autonomous Administrative Board.
The college is located in West Delhi on Mahatma Gandhi Marg (Ring Road) near Raja Garden, New Delhi. His new, beautiful and spacious building was built in 1976-77. College is accessible from all parts of Delhi, Ramesh Nagar and garden Radzhouri subway stations are within walking distance from the college. College complex is air-conditioned conference room, an auditorium, a rich library, well-equipped laboratories and a wonderful playground for cricket, football, hockey, table tennis, basketball, volleyball, etc.
College is a pioneer institution offering joint B.Com (Hons), BA (Hons) (Programme), in English, Economics, Hindi, History, Mathematics, Political Science, Sanskrit and programs BA, B.Sc. (Hons ) in the Bachelor's program and chemistry, mathematics, physics & electronics. The college also offers postgraduate courses in English, Hindi, history and commerce.
