The Department of Pre-University Education (PUE) occupies the first and second year pre-university examinations (class 11 and class 12 exams). Pre-University Education (PUE) see every year large number of students not being able to delete one or more of the Examining Board, and the majority of students apply for the provision of supplementary examination, which takes place in June.
Students who have appeared for the supplementary examination is recommended to verify the results of http://karresults.nic.in the official website after the Board declares the results somewhere in the middle of July.
This year's results for the year 1st and 2nd PUC exam was out in public the last week of April, with not much space in the ad for both the results of both tests.
Last year, for the academic session 2012-2013, about 40% students failed in the second examination of the PUC and only 60% got a clean chit, therefore, the Board of Education each year gives another chance to those students who failed in one or more subjects, to be able to promote themselves to further the pursuit of higher education in Karnataka and demonstrate their skills, with no intention to humiliate them.
The students after the examination of additional compensation will be able to pursue the undergraduate program offered in the state or out in the same year.
