Manila, 21 January 2015-the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) reiterates the implementation of Commission Resolution No. 2008-475, which requires the Registrar of schools, colleges and universities to submit a list of certified and notarized affidavit of graduates of courses or degree holders who are the possible review of the licensing examinations. The list, provided by the Chairman/President of the institution's Academic Council, should indicate the following information/column in Excel file format:
Name, surname (L_name) (F_name), Middle Name (M_name), course, Date, Graduate School (Dt_grad), SO no (SO_no), SO the date (SO_date)
You must also state whether the records should have been issued to graduates of education/holders and to be submitted in both hard copy and digital [email protected] within fifteen (15) days from the date of award.
The need to revive and implement policy is to ensure that all audit licensure exams taken were conferred with academic degrees required by academic institutions.
"The licensing exams for Candidates whose names do not appear in the list of graduates of courses or holders of diplomas awarded by the academic institution in which they are to be finished their course or their degree are not allowed to take the licensure exam," said People's Republic of China.
