MIT School of Business (MIT SOB) is an institute under the umbrella of the MIT group of institutions, Pune, consisting of 68 institutions and over 55,000 students from India and abroad, convey quality and value-based education for over 32 years. MIT group institutions are scattered throughout Maharashtra and is engaged in the provision of quality education from school to post graduate level. Since the year 2005, MIT School of Business (MIT SOB) adopted method study based learning developed by Harvard Business School. This method provides contextual learning besides conceptual learning. This is a practical and interactive method that requires high participation of teachers and students. This method helps bring students face to face with real life situations through continuous learning and assessment process.

Teaching is what makes the difference
PGDM in MITSOB is designed to train students to become good leaders and high-level decision makers with broad strategic vision. MITSOB has implemented study method developed by Harvard Business School (HBS), United States to provide practical, case-based education makes the difference between good leaders and great leaders. This method is implemented under the mentorship of Prof. VG Narayanan of HBS which monitors implementation through frequent visits and video conferencing.
The program is delivered by qualified and experienced teachers with strong industry interface. During the entire length of the program, students are required to analyze whether 200 business related case studies. These case studies simulate real situations found in industrial / corporate scenario today.
