Three students MBBS Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University had asked for justice through their own way to fight the battle against failure. The court ordered the University to review and re-publish the results of the examination in August 2014 in which students were declared failed. The results should be published within three weeks. The Court also directed the University to allow students to continue their second year with his bandmates.
M. Sathish Kumar with two other colleagues presented a petition requesting permission to act to continue its course. He joined the MBBS course for the session 2011-2012 and were declared bankrupt in most subjects. In fact failed to further examination held in February 2013. Justice TS Sivagnanam grant them relief by ordering the authorities according to their benefit.
Previously, students refused to accept the notification of the University and emphasized the reassessment of their work and with the average practice. They believed that while the application of the rules of MCI, will be declared out.
After scrutinizing the request Mr.Justice Sivagnanam said that notification had been rejected. Authorities say they have carried out re-assessment and post the results on 18 August 2013 was called wrong. The order has been accepted by the University.
Applicants enrolling lost nearly a month in the second year MBBS due to misunderstanding of the results published. Because the University took the time to follow the court decisions, it can not stop the students to pursue their exams lot.
