LBSIM was established by the Lal Bahadur Shastri Educational Society in 1995 and has invited applications for its two years PGDM program. The question of the application was started on 29 September 2014.
PGDM (Genral) = 180 seats
PGDM (finance) = 60 seats
Criteria for admission to LBSIM:
The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree with minimum 50% marks equivalent CGPA of Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by Parliament or declared deemed under section 3 of UGC Act, 1956 or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry HRDAv government of India. Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification by the candidate must entail a minimum of three years of education after high school, schooling (10 +2) or equivalent. Candidates will appear for the final bachelor's degree / equivalent qualification examination can also apply.

Selection procedure for admission to LBSIM:
All candidates apply for LBSIM must appear in standard admission test (cat) 2014 conducted 16 & 22 November 2014 Candidates have to register LBSIM, Delhi through a separate application. Candidates short-listed on the basis of cat score will be called for Group Discussion (GD), Extempore written analysis test and personal interview (PI) for final selection.
Personal interviews can be performed in one of these places, chosen by the candidate at the time of application for registration with LBSIM: (1) Bangalore (2) Delhi (3) Hyderabad Kolkata (4) (5) Mumbai (6) Guwahati (7) Thiruvananthapuram (8) Chennai (9) and Patna (10) Bhubaneswar. Weightage for final selection will be 60% for cat score and 40% for Group Discussion, Extempore and Personal Interview, past academic performance, written analysis test and work experience.

Management 'Delhi, payable at New Delhi. Application can be completed online with the provision of online payment or can be downloaded from our website. Such downloaded
application form must be submitted along with a DD of Rs. 2025 / - (Rs. 2,200 / - candidates residing abroad) for 'LBS Institute of Management' payable at New Delhi, for information, postage and handling.
