The state government of Karnataka is processed to start the class-smart cameras, as well as virtual classes at all schools in the state first grade. This step has been taken to promote the teaching-learning mechanism through technological intervention.
Officials of the Department of Higher Education, said class-rooms are scheduled for each of the smart government first grade schools in the state.
Initially this project under the class-rooms intelligent want to be ready in 50 selected government schools first grade. More room-class organization would soon all government schools across the state but would be carried out following a systematic curriculum wise phase. Virtual classes will be the second way this initiative. E-content being downloaded in various ways, such as electronic books, video conferencing, audio books more notes related to the curriculum of undergraduate (UG), school programs, development of personality that are available online as OpenCourseWare.
After content is downloaded it will circulate among the first government degree colleges drive. Students and staff will be granted access to this content with the help of networked computers or mobile phones (via wireless LAN).
The new measures are adopted as an addition to the conventional method of course delivery.
