Paper Based Test for joint entrance examination (JEE) Main 2015 is scheduled to be completed on 4 April.
Candidates appearing for paper based exams should follow the instructions below:
Five minutes before the start of the paper candidates will be asked to pause / open test booklet seal. Candidates should check carefully that the test booklet code printed on Page 2 of the answer sheet is the same as printed on the test booklet. In case inconsistencies, the candidate shall immediately report the matter to Invigilator replacement both test booklet and answer sheet;
Candidates should then write information with blue / black ball point pen on both sides of the answer sheet. Use pencil is strictly prohibited. If a user pencil, his answer sheet is rejected and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard. Once you have completed this step, candidates wait for the instruction of invigilator;
The test begins exactly on time mentioned in admit card and message to this effect will be made by invigilator;
There is only one correct answer for each question four answers given. Meanwhile exam invigilator will check admit card of the candidate to satisfy themselves about the identity of each candidate. Invigilator will also put their signatures instead of the answer sheet on page-1;
Candidates should bring their own ball point pens with good quality. This will not be given by the Board;
A signal is given at the beginning of the examination and half time. A signal will also be given before the time when the candidate must stop mark answers;
Candidates should check that the test booklet contains as many number of pages printed on the first page of the test booklet;
Candidates should also check the serial number and variety of test booklet with serial number and variety of OMR sheets. In all variants, the test booklet and OMR sheet immediately back to invigilator for replacement with another set of the same series available in the examination hall / center;
Candidates must register twice attendance sheet at the right place. Firstly right after the start of the exam and for the second time while handing the answer sheet to invigilator. Candidates are also required to put their left thumb impression in the field who are in attendance sheets.
Candidates are subject to all rules and regulations of the Board with regard to their behavior in the exam hall. All cases of unfair means will be treated as per rules.
