Ex-Servicemen, people with disabilities, widows, women and women DIVORCED judicially separated from men and that they are not married; Sporting Meritorious eligible for age relaxation under the orders of Govt. of India.)

The selection process:
The qualifying set is the need for a minumum and possession of the same does not automatically make candidates eligible to take the written test. Based on academic work and bio information, initial screening should be done and a higher percentage cut-off may be adapted to short-list of candidates for the start of the written test. The written test will be held on 12-10-2014 [add] in seven locations viz., Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Guwahati, Hyderabad, New Delhi and Thiruvananthapuram. The letters of invitation for written evidence to the candidates short-Listed sent by email only during the first week of October, 2014. Based on academic performance, performance in the written test, Candidates will be shortlisted for interview, schedule and place to be notified. Those who secure a minimum of 50% marks each in both purpose and descriptive type questions in the written test to be considered for short-listing for interview. However, depending on the vacancies to be filled in each area, a higher percentage may be prescribed cut off. Those who secure a minimum 50% marks each written test and interview with the total minimum marks of 50% to be considered for empanelment in order of merit, the number of vacancies notified. In this case, a sufficient number of candidates SC / ST / OBC / health / Ex-servicemen are available for filling ll vacancies reserved for these categories, relaxation will be extended to candidates belonging to the respective category, to make good the short fall.
After the written test, the keys of the reply shall be published in the ISRO website within three working days of the writing of the text, ie on 15.10.2014.
