The Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT), Guwahati will on behalf of the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India will conduct joint entrance examination (JAM 2015) on February 8, 2015.
MARMALADE is conducted to take admission to two years Master of Science (M.Sc), joint M.Sc-doctoral in Philosophy (Ph.D), M.Sc-Ph.D dual degree, M.Sc Master of Technology (M.Tech), M.Sc-MULTIPLE Sclerosis (by research), other post-bachelor degree and Ph.D double degree programs IITs in Bhubaneswar, Bombay, Delhi, Gandhinagar, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Indore, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras, Roorkee and Ropar and integrated Ph.D programs at the Indian Institute of science (IISc), Bangalore and consolidate science as a career opportunity for bright students from across the country for academic 2015.
With MARMALADE 2015 exam to be held tomorrow we have jotted down some new features in the exam:
JAM 2015 will be organized by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati;
It will be conducted online only as a computer-based test (CBT) for all securities;
All seven Test papers of JAM 2015 will be completely objective type, with three different:
More Choice Questions (MCQ): There will be MCQ paper pattern where one question has four options of which one is correct.
More Select questions (sqm): This pattern is similar to MCQ pattern, the only difference will be that more than one choice would be correct for each question;
Numeric answer type (NAT) question: Another pattern is NAT, where the answer will be a signed real number that must be entered by using the virtual keyboard on the screen. No selection appears for these questions.
