Graduate aptitude test Engineering (GATE 2015) examination was performed on January 31, 1 and 7, 2015. The final stage of examination will be conducted today; February 8.2015 during the morning and afternoon sessions.
The first phase of the test covered areas such as agriculture, mechanical, electronics and communications and chemical engineering. Students found the difficulty of the test to be average.
GATE 2015 score will be valid for a period of three years from the date of announcement of the results. All the newspapers in GATE 2015 will be held in online mode, and some research will be conducted in multiple sessions.
The online Computer based Test (CBT) will be held for all 22 documents. Online survey paper will include some questions that numerical answers must be entered by the applicant using the virtual keyboard. The rest of the questions will multiple choice questions (MCQ). Candidates will have to go through biometric (photo and fingerprint) confirmation before the start of the examination.
What to know before the exam hall?
Electronic, mobile phone, and such electronic device, empty papers, clip boards and log tables will not be allowed in the examination venue
You can use your own non-programmable calculator
Bring admit card test center at least one original (not copied / scanned copy) and valid (not expired) identification, where the details are entered while filling program
Only one of the following picture IDs are accepted: driver's license, passport, PAN card, voter ID, UID Aadhaar, college ID, identification card, or a notarized declaration with photo, signature, date of birth and residential address
Photocopies of identification document is not acceptable. Candidates will not be allowed to take the exam if the original and valid identification is not presented
The test must also numerical answers to some questions.
Examination of some of the papers in GATE 2015 will be held in several sessions
