5. The total number of students from India this year has made for the Rhodes Scholarship. These are the five students, two students from the University of Delhi. Rhodes Scholarships excellent all-round performance, show two to three years of study at Oxford University to pursue postgraduate award for students who are able to make them.
Mayanka Mukherjee, Lady Sri Ram College and Miranda House soon Oxford University student Sonali Chowdhry, India for the month of October next year, along with three other candidates will be heading. The competitive voucher program, vending depressed urban economy and mutual aid societies in India through road has undertaken research on delivering affordable maternal health care.
Talking about his chosen course, Chowdhry said, "I examine the implications for developing countries to international economic integration." Other scholars are part of the Rhodes Scholarship 2015 India Sanya Samtani, a final-year law student at NALSAR University of Law, Bangalore, Mansi Sood final year law student at the National Law School of India University, Bangalore and Carl Britto, St. John's Medical College hospital, Bangalore, including a final year medical student.
The total value of scholarships including tuition fees for students formed, of USD 13,390 annual stipend, learned basic medical insurance for the country as well as a return ticket each year is estimated at USD 50000. The prize money was decided in 1902.
86 different colleges - two hundred and universities that compete in the total number of seven candidates, including 10 that had never before had a student, reached the final stage, winning a Rhodes Scholarship.
