DRDOS center for high energy and science under the Ministry of Defence has invited applications for recruitment of junior fellows.
The circular issued by the Centre for High Energy and Science (chess) on its website, scholarships are available initially for a period of two years and the same can get extended according. Selected candidates must work in the area of optics.
Qualified and interested candidates can send their applications in prescribed format within 21 days from the date of publication of the advertisement (13 December 2014).
Junior Fellow (JRF): 2 posts
Candidates have a first division in B.Tech. / B.E. in applied optics / Applied Physics / lasers and electro-optical / Laser Science & Applications / Laser technology / lasers / Optoelectronics / Physics degree or post degree in applied optics / Applied Physics / lasers and electro-optical / Laser Science and Applications / Laser Technology / lasers / Optoelectronics / physics are eligible to apply.
Candidates with a maximum age of 28 years as on December 1, 2014 are eligible to apply. Age limit is however relaxable by 5 years for SC / ST candidates and 3 years OBC candidates.
Tariff / salary:
RS 16,000 per month.
Also should HRA and medical facilities could be used to selected candidates as per rules.
Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of the interview / examination conducted by nominated candidates of the organization. Candidates must produce original certificates / testimonials at the time of interview. However recommendations will be given to candidates who have qualified UGC / CSIR / NET / GATE examination (s).
