Dr. Abdul Kalam international level merit-based scholarship is a scholarship from the University of Sydney. On the eleventh President of India, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam scientist and aeronautical engineer by training who was presented with an honorary doctorate of engineering from the University of Sydney in May 2011. Dr. Abdul Kalam International Scholarship celebrate their commitment to training and their efforts to support outstanding students to develop future leaders.
Sydney University offers degree Dr. Abdul Kalam International Scholarship at the course in the faculty of engineering and technology know. The scholarships are awarded on the recommendation of the faculty selection panel based on academic merit at a minimum average or equivalent as specified by the applicant in the performance of their degree.
The scholarship is valued at 50% of tuition fees for a maximum of one year satisfactory academic performance of the program as a minimum credit average (65%) each semester.
The recipient will be responsible for payment of tuition while in the program balance.
The scholarship can not be deferred and are not transferable to another college or university. Students do not need to keep a stipend equivalent to simultaneously
(i) open all international applicants who have been offered admission to a degree program in the Faculty of Engineering and the time on a grant program.
(ii) have completed an Australian Year 12 qualification or an international senior secondary qualification accepted by the University with an Australian Tertiary Admissions Rank (HPTA) of at least 98 or equivalent.
Study subject: scholarship is available for all courses in the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology degree at the University of Sydney, Australia.
Course Level: This scholarship is available to pursue degree level at the University of Sydney.
Length :: main scholarships offered for one year.
How to apply
The way to apply is online. Applicants must complete a scholarship application online and submit transcript and letter of acceptance of the offer from the official scholarship. Considering this scholarship, applicants must first be offered for admission to degree courses in the Faculty of Engineering and the University of Sydney.
Note: Applications without a valid offer of admission will not be considered.
