Gujarat National Law University (GNLU), Gandhinagar, chief representative Clate 2014 has announced the dates and program the start dates common law admission test official notification will be issued in December 2013, information and application forms are available from January 2014

UG courses: The criteria for candidates (only Indian nationals) seeking admission through Clate-2014 Undergraduate courses shall as follows: candidate by July 1, 2014 have not reached 20 years for General / OBC / persons with disabilities (PWD) and other category candidates, and 22 years for SC / ST category candidates candidates must have secured 45% marks in 10 +2 or equivalent that is 40% for SC / ST category.
They appear in the qualifying examination in March / April 2014 are also eligible to apply for PG courses: criteria for candidates (only Indian nationals) seeking admission through Clate 2014 in Post Graduate courses shall be as follows: in terms of minimum percentage of marks in the qualifying examination (ie, LL.B. / five-year integrated LL.B. / other equivalent examination), candidates must have 55% marks in case belong to general / OBC / PWD and others, and 50% marks in case belong to SC / ST category they appear in the qualifying examination in March / April 2014 are also eligible to apply
Exam pattern: Clate 2014 question paper for UG courses should type multiple choice questions in the form maximum marks: 200 duration of Clate 2014: 02:00 hrs total number of questions: 200 Negative marking: 0.25 Mark / wrong answer areas with weightage 1. English including comprehension: 40 marks 2 General knowledge and current affairs: 50 marks 3 Elementary mathematics (numerical ability): 20 marks 4 Legal security: 50 marks 5th Logical reasoning: 40 marks the Clate 2014 question papers for PG course has the following pattern: maximum marks: 150 duration of Clate 2014: 02:00 hour Essay type descriptive questions: 100 Mark Multiple-Choice questions: 50 marks (50 questions of 1 mark each) Negative marking: 0.25 Mark / wrong answer MCQ long essay type contains 4 questions and 25 marks each applicable subject areas as constitutional law and jurisprudence Multiple-Choice questions covering all subjects except constitutional law and Jurisprudence prescribed by BCI for under-graduate courses footage: at equal marks secured by the candidates, the procedure side board in the following order: (i) higher marks in the area of legal security in Clate 2014 (ii) higher age (iii) Computerized draw lots of record under NRI / NRI sponsored seats in various NLUs: Candidates interested in applying for admission to some of NLUs under NRI / NRI sponsored seat will carry Clate 2014 admission is based on merit in Clate 2014 students are also simultaneously have to complete the formalities of the respective universities, if any, a candidate needs, contact the respective university around for further information
Program charges: Candidates have to pay application fee for General OBC / PWD and other category candidates Rs.4000 / -while send the application form by Clate 2014 fee is Rs.3500 / - by SC / ST category candidates candidates must bear the bank transaction costs for remittances fee online while sending the application form
