CBSE exams are not only preparing and studying. They are also on intelligent management - both during the preparation phase and during the actual exam.
In this article, we give some expert advice to help you make better use of limited time during the preparation phase.
Elaboration phase is always uncomfortable. As the deadline approaches, further increases discomfort. This is very natural. Rather than fight it, accept it with grace as a biological phenomenon as feeling hot summers and cold winters. This acceptance removes most of the stress and improve performance.
1. Drink lots of water and make fluids. No study without a bottle of water over you. Drink a liter of water first morning. I aim to drink at least two liters in the rest of the day in small sips. Do not worry that means more trips to the cabin. They expel toxins from the body and give much needed regular breaks to maintain their performance. Reducing consumption in any way you can sleep well at night.
Make 2. Eat plenty of fruits of all kinds. Also include green vegetables.
3. Make Avoid junk food completely during exams. Do not eat heavy. They have 4-5 small meals and fill your stomach Brim. Not feeling too hungry. Avoid water during and after meals for at least thirty minutes.
4. To Exercise at least fifteen minutes a day. Yoga is the best option. Light jogging is also good. Eat something within fifteen minutes of exercise.
Making 5. Take a break for a few minutes every forty minutes. Slightly stretch for half a minute at rest.
