In Bihar, the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) will be set in Bodhgaya. It was proposed in 2014 Union budget. Officials said the project was recently approved by the Human Resources and Development (MHRD).
The center had earlier indication of the state government to provide 200 acres of land for IIM in the right place. Bodhgaya IIM was chosen because it is through the connection since different modes of transport is good, with advanced infrastructure.

New IIM will be located in Bodhgaya Capricorn University campus a huge 600 acres. The state government has received the consent of the school team to get 150 acres of land. At Rs 900 rupees will be used for the establishment of IIM.
Instructor Institute will decide whether the new IIM admissions process will start in July and August 2015. Officials said that if necessary, the state government may also provide other necessary infrastructure, in Bodhgaya, helped start the first session, the existing university buildings Capricorn.
