Just two weeks remain before starting CBSE Board exams. There is so much and so little time to prepare. I have studied a lot, but seem to forget much. You are tense. But do not worry. We share three rules to solve the toughest exam quickly and effectively.
1. have a prepared curriculum. Do not do it very complex.
Simply list all the major themes and sub-themes of a particular issue on a sheet of paper. Or use the table of contents of a good book on the subject. You will be setting off whatever is completed.
A brand for those subjects you studied reasonably well.
Two ticks which also practiced and are quite safe.
Three ticks those where is another review and considered an expert.
Their goal is to have three ticks many as possible before the exam.
2. first morning, decide goals for the day. Do not take more than 2 minutes for this.
3. Make a target for the next 25 short minutes, a particular topic. Do not think beyond 25 minutes at a time.
For most of the top 3 must follow some rules recommended daily routine.
Make small break every 40 minutes minutes. Slightly stretch for half a minute at rest.
Maintain a regular sleep pattern. Study leave at least 30 minutes before bedtime. During these 30 minutes, wash your face and limbs, down, close your eyes, relax your mind, allowing wherever feels like drifting gradually reaffirmations talk to yourself and allow yourself to dream wonderful.
Unless really necessary, avoid caffeine. You can extend your waking time. But they can also disrupt your sleep, reduce the ability of the brain grip and make you feel tired when you wake up the next day. Instead of tea or coffee, tea lemon water or green tea.
Avoid TV, movies, chatting, long phone calls, social media unless absolutely necessary. His tired brain. Talk less with others. Allow your brain to spend time with yourself.
Listen to music or sing or dance or just meditate during the short study.
